Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in facilities management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department, coordinating activities related to fuel and electricity management, spare part inventory, and facility compliance with safety and environmental standards. They will also supervise a small team of maintenance technicians to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities, including warranty jobs.
  • Supervise maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment.
  • Manage spare part planning, monitoring, and technical confirmation.
  • Conduct safety inspections of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant discipline or certifications in Maintenance Management/Facilities Management is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
