Our organization is seeking a seasoned and meticulous Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our manufacturing facility. This role involves managing store operations, production activities, facility maintenance, and team supervision for both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Management (FG/RM/Packing): Oversee the entire process of unloading, rejection handling, storage, and inventory control for finished goods, raw materials, and packing materials.
  • Security & Access Control: Coordinate closely with security personnel to manage the movement of people and materials in and out of the premises, ensuring controlled access.
  • Facility & Compound Maintenance: Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the office space, compound areas, and general infrastructure of the plant.
  • Production Monitoring: Achieve and meticulously monitor monthly production targets. Maintain all relevant log sheets accurately for tracking and reporting.
  • Resource Optimization: Implement measures to ensure zero leakage or wastage of critical resources such as water, mother liquor, gas, and electricity.
  • Plant Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness across the entire plant premises.
  • Team Management: Recruit, lead, and supervise two teams of five members each, ensuring optimal productivity and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Quality Management: Possess a working knowledge of ISO 9000 documentation and compliance.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of plant utilities and operational processes.
