Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst + Business Analyst

We are looking for a hybrid Quality Assurance + Business Analyst professional to work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to deliver high-quality software products.

You will gather and translate business requirements into actionable specifications and ensure product quality through automation testing, with the ability to leverage AI-powered QA tools for efficiency.

We use Databricks, Golang backend, and React UI in our stack. Our Agile/Scrum methodology enables us to work collaboratively and adapt to change quickly.

Responsibilities
  1. Business Analysis: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements. Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  2. Quality Assurance: Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for frontend (React), backend APIs (Golang), and data pipelines (Databricks). Use AI-assisted QA tools to accelerate test case creation, defect prediction, and root-cause analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance roles.
  • Strong automation experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Databricks workflows and data validation.
  • API testing experience with Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
  • Understanding of Spark SQL for validating data in Databricks.
  • Experience integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
