We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to join the Arbortext product management team as a Strategic Technical Product Lead. The ideal candidate will be hungry to learn new technologies and apply them to solve real-world problems faced within the content management, publishing, and delivery domains.

Arbortext is an end-to-end, dynamic publishing solution that streamlines how organizations create, manage, and deliver technical publications and Parts Catalogues information derived from Engineering CAD Data and Bills of Materials, interchangeably throughout the Digital Thread.

This role will play a crucial part in creating and evolving the product roadmap and strategy along the lines of current market trends, like SaaS, AR/VR, and AI. Experience with Scrum and agile processes is required.

As customers grow to rely on Arbortext Content Delivery for delivering rich, trustworthy, contextual service documentation and Part Lists, the complexity and scale of the data which the application is expected to manage have grown significantly over the years.

In this role, you will get the opportunity to solve some of the complex and pertinent problems faced by any customer requesting to manage and deliver its technical content, such as the aftermarket service technicians and equipment operators.

You will be part of a highly dynamic and technically competent team working on PTC Arbortext Content Delivery solution, that enables access to the up-to-date configuration-specific documents through precision search, navigation, and filtering, with powerful bookmarking, interactive notes, and feedback sharing capabilities.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working in an Agile environment, writing user stories, creating product backlogs, prioritizing work, and performing story acceptance
  • Participating in the vision, design, and implementation of quality products
  • Bridging the gap between our product management team and engineering, distilling high-level requirements into actionable plans that our expert developers can execute on
  • Bringing a user perspective to the design of our products, ensuring that we deliver products that our customers want to use
  • Challenging and confronting colleagues to get desired results
  • Working with engineering teams to produce delivery estimates for new features and products
  • Continuously learning new technologies and developing new skills to stimulate innovation
  • Becoming an expert on our products and supporting internal training for new products and features

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Scrum and agile processes
  • Experience writing user stories, creating product backlogs, prioritizing work, and performing story acceptance
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure), REST, HTTP is a plus
  • Experience or knowledge of Security practices, policies, and procedures
  • Experience or knowledge delivering enterprise-grade software applications
  • Experience or knowledge with productivity tools and languages (Jira, GIT)
  • Experience or knowledge with AI/LLM tools (Azure Open AI)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
