Job Description

As a Strategic Cloud Architect Lead at Virtusa, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's cloud architecture strategy. We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide architectural leadership and conduct assessments to adopt cyber, risk, and control patterns and solutions. Your strong technical skills, including expertise in domain-driven design (DDD), API, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native principles, will be valuable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of architecture vision and strategic solutions that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen architecture review process and continuous maturity of architecture practices
  • Design large-scale target state Trade and Working Capital systems end-to-end using domain-driven design (DDD), API, modern patterns, microservices, event-driven & cloud-native technology
  • Provide thought leadership in subjects key to the business and lead portfolio simplification strategies to rationalize application landscape
  • Own the definition and execution of shift-left architecture governance process
  • Interface with vendors to assess their technology and guide their product roadmap based on Citi requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a STEM focus (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in developing architecture vision and strategic solutions
  • Experience with modernizing and migrating applications to strategic architectures
  • Expertise in building solutions with domain-driven design (DDD), API, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native principles
  • Expertise in modern languages (Java), messaging, integration, and data streaming technologies

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
