SAP SuccessFactors System Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced system support professional with expertise in HRIS and compensation management to provide daily operational support for our HR technology stack. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing stability, accuracy, and efficiency of our HR systems.

  • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for SuccessFactors Compensation, Employee Central, and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
  • Answer system queries, troubleshoot data or configuration problems, and maintain user access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily System & User Support: Ensure compliance with data security protocols and monitor integrations between EC, Compensation, and Onboarding.
  • Resolve user issues: Troubleshoot mapping or logic errors during annual and off-cycle planning processes.

Compensation Management:

  • Maintain and configure compensation worksheets, templates, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility rules.
  • Ensure accurate data flow between EC and Compensation.

Employee Central (EC):

  • Manage employee lifecycle configurations: business rules, event reasons, and workflow approvals.
  • Support position management: foundation objects, organizational structure updates, and high data integrity.

Onboarding 2.0:

  • Configure and troubleshoot onboarding templates, forms, tasks, and pre-day 1 processes.
  • Resolve onboarding process failures: data mapping issues, integration to EC, and periodic reviews to ensure compliance.

Role-Based Permissions (RBP):

  • Maintain and troubleshoot role-based permission groups and roles across modules.
  • Ensure users have appropriate access based on their roles and security policies.

Integrations & Testing:

  • Monitor integrations between EC, Compensation, and Onboarding via SAP CPI or Boomi.
  • Participate in testing quarterly SAP releases, system changes, and enhancements.

Documentation & Training:

  • Maintain system documentation: SOPs, user guides, and system configuration.
  • Train HR users on worksheets, templates, onboarding workflows, and security access.
