We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modeler to join our team.

As a Building Information Modeler, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining detailed building information models for various construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to create accurate and complete BIM models for plumbing, firefighting, irrigation, and public health engineering systems, ensuring that they meet relevant standards and codes.

To achieve this, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate PHE & irrigation designs into the overall project model. Your collaboration skills will be essential in ensuring seamless communication and coordination among team members.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify and resolve technical issues related to PHE design and construction. A strong understanding of PHE system design principles, relevant codes, and industry software such as Revit or AutoCAD MEP is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or a relevant field's engineering with at least 2 years of experience in PHE modeling. Proficiency in BIM software like Revit is mandatory, along with a solid understanding of PHE system design principles and codes.
