As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end revenue generation across Digital Agency services and Tech services, owning the new business pipeline, and acting as the face of the agency in new client pitches.

You will also lead and mentor a sales pod of executives/managers, work closely with Business heads to shape revenue forecasts, and build senior-level relationships with client decision makers.

We are looking for someone who possesses excellent pitch craft, a sharp understanding of digital agency service lines, and a hustler mindset with team leadership experience.

The ideal candidate will have 9-15 years of experience in business development/revenue roles within digital agencies, with a strong track record of winning mid-to-large deals in BFSI, Auto, Retail, FMCG, and Consumer Tech verticals.
