Technical Architect Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to lead our team in developing and implementing innovative solutions. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining complex systems to meet the evolving needs of our business.

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing technical strategies that align with our business goals;
  • Designing and architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance systems;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new technologies;
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering and system design;
  • Hands-on experience with modern database technologies, including NoSQL, Distributed RDBMS, and In-memory databases;
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Go;
  • Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools;
  • Proven ability in automation, continuous delivery, and Agile methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in technical architecture and development.
