We're looking for a seasoned Database Migration Architect who thrives in high-impact, large-scale migration projects. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless database migrations, optimal performance, and robust architecture design for mission-critical systems.

What You'll Work On

- Lead and execute complex database migration projects:
- PostgreSQL → Oracle
- Oracle → Oracle
- PostgreSQL → Oracle
- Optimize and fine-tune database performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing database environments and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design migration strategies with minimal downtime.
- Review application code (no need to be a Java expert—just the ability to read and understand it).

What We're Looking For

- Proven track record of multiple end-to-end database migration projects in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of RDBMS concepts, data modeling, and database performance tuning.
- Strong experience in Oracle and PostgreSQL environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder and team interactions.
