Job Title: Implementation Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a global implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving rapid growth.
  • Manage a distributed team of engagement managers, solution architects, and product specialists across multiple geographies, overseeing complex enterprise-scale HRMS deployments.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills, strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives and a deep understanding of global HR practices and regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders at enterprise client organizations and serve as the apex representation for resolution of complex technical and business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
