Job Title: Enterprise Scrum Master

Overview:

Enterprise organizations seeking to enhance their Agile methodologies require an experienced Enterprise Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in dispersed geographic locations and ensure on-time delivery for large-scale data warehouse migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage priorities and deliverables across multiple teams, including Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Science.
  • Collaborate with offshore developers to manage time efficiently and achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement effective Scrum processes to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members on Agile practices and principles.
  • Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks to project success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise-level software release environment.
  • Agile and/or SAFe expertise and best practices.
  • Prior experience working in a Data Analytics organization or managing data engineering/data science teams, BI, data warehousing, or cloud migrations.
  • Proficient in ADO and basic SQL skills (MS Access acceptable).
  • Experience in Azure cloud preferred; alternate cloud provider expertise also accepted.

Preferred Skills:

  • Agile certified or SCRUM Certified or SAFE Certified.
  • IT Project Manager expertise (focus in SW development).
  • Working knowledge of MS Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, etc).

Work Environment:

This is a 100% remote position based in India, requiring work hours between 10am IST – 10 pm IST, with an 8-hour workday.
