Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases
  • Oversee and perform dialysis and hemodialysis procedures
  • Provide pre- and post-kidney transplant care in collaboration with transplant teams
  • Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and long-term disease management
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (Cardiology, Critical Care, Urology, Endocrinology, etc.)
  • Participate in hospital CMEs, clinical audits, and quality improvement programs
Qualifications and Skills
  • MBBS from a recognized medical college (mandatory)
  • MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Nephrology) or equivalent DNB (Nephrology) from an NMC-recognized institute (mandatory)
  • Proven clinical expertise in dialysis, hemodialysis, and transplant nephrology
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
  • Previous experience in a tertiary care hospital preferred (fresh DM/DNB graduates may also apply)
