Graphic Design Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced graphic design specialist to support our growth marketing team.

This is a remote full-time position where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing and sales materials, including website elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to provide graphic design input and support
  • Design engaging digital assets, including website elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads
  • Develop a deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing and sales materials, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and such
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communications skills, with the ability to understand what's needed, connect the dots between what's said and what isn't, convey design thinking clearly, and push back on ideas that don't agree with
Preferred Skills:
  • Motion graphics and video editing skills, with an understanding of Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Hostlavikat, and/or CapCut
  • Understanding of AI design tools, including Midjourney, Google AI Studio, Canva AI, and such
  • Strong front-end skills, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery

Not knowing these isn't a deal breaker; we know it's unrealistic to expect an all-in-one maestro. But these skills will help us run much stronger GTM motions; naturally, it'll also help you hone your skills and learn new things. Win-win
