**Job Opportunity:** Content Writer STEM

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to create high-quality training data sets for AI models. As a key contributor to our team, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of:

  • Developing comprehensive datasets that enhance the accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice of AI models
  • Annotating data to align AI models with human values and principles
  • Refining and improving expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text through meticulous grammar, syntax, and sentence structure editing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate datasets, ensuring their quality and relevance
  • Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes, driving innovation and excellence in AI development

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or above in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with a strong command of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Able to edit and improve written communication across various disciplines, conveying complex ideas effectively and concisely
