Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Provide first-level technical support for various technologies in wireless products to enterprise customers.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers and manage critical cases.
  • Collaborate with escalation teams and engineers to resolve complex issues.
  • Work closely with sales engineers on larger networks and more complex issues.
  • Identify customer problems and assist them in resolving issues while providing excellent customer experience.
  • Reproduce customer technical problems in a test environment.
  • Manage day-to-day tickets, follow up with clients, and provide feedback.
  • Ensure proper case documentation and closure.
  • Generate clear and concise documentation in the form of case notes and technical tips.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of customer support experience in IP networks, Wi-Fi, or related environments.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, L3 routing, L2 switching, multicast, firewalls, QOS, and wireless technologies (802.11x).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Good troubleshooting skills with complex layer 2/3 and wireless issues.
  • Experience working in a support lab environment and documenting problem resolutions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with wireless survey tools like Ekahau.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and JIRA.
  • Multiple language skills.
  • Experience working with Linux.

  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to drive results and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
