Outdoor Wireless Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Deployment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our wireless networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and configure outdoor fixed wireless networks that meet customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Configure and manage wireless security features, including authentication, encryption, and access control.
- Troubleshoot network issues and identify problems with outdoor network infrastructure, including signal interference, device connectivity, and network performance.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of outdoor PMP and PTP Licensed and Unlicensed Fixed Wireless Access systems.
- Experience in outdoor fixed wireless technologies, covering licensed and unlicensed PMP/PTP, 4G/5G RAN and related telecom technologies.
- Knowledge of RF fundamentals and concepts, outdoor wireless propagation, link budget, L2 and L3 protocol and security and Quality of Service (QoS) networking.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with relevant industry certifications.
- L2/L3 switching and routing systems and technologies.
- Analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration skills to work with a team of other technical professionals internally and externally.
- Prior experience as a Solution Architect or Network Design Engineer or Customer Success Engineer.
