Wireless Network Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with their outdoor fixed wireless broadband deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer issues and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Design and configure outdoor fixed wireless networks that meet customer business requirements and align with industry best practices
  • Conduct link budget planning, site surveys, and select appropriate equipment for wireless network deployment
  • Configure wireless network equipment, including base stations, access points, and subscriber modules
  • Troubleshoot network issues and identify problems with outdoor network infrastructure
  • Use network monitoring tools and protocols to diagnose and resolve issues
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of outdoor PMP and PTP licensed and unlicensed fixed wireless access systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales and product management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in outdoor fixed wireless technologies, including 4G/5G RAN and related telecom technologies
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as CCNP (routing and switching) and CWNE
