  • Customer Engagement & Partnerships:
    • Lead customer interactions from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term account management.
    • Nurture relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations, including corporate health partners and insurance providers.
    • Represent the organization in executive meetings, global wellness forums, and industry events—positioning the brand as a premium, scalable wellness partner.
  • Digital Business Expansion:
    • Drive user adoption, monetization, and revenue growth across digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize platform offerings for target clients, enhance conversion paths, and scale recurring revenue models.
    • Leverage analytics and platform insights to inform pricing strategies, digital campaign ROI, and service packaging.
  • Commercial Proposals & Sales Enablement:
    • Develop tailored commercial proposals, pricing models, and pitch presentations for enterprise and institutional clients.
    • Present regular updates to internal leadership on sales progress, market expansion wins, and pipeline velocity.
  • Requirements:
    • 10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, maritime or service-based industries.
    • A proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership.
    • Strong ability to drive strategy and execution with clear commercial outcomes.
