Job Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Airport Operations Team Member located in Kozhikode.

The position involves providing support to passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding.
  • Provide flight information to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and manage passenger inquiries and complaints.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
  • Be flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures.
  • Proficient in handling data and managing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Basic IT skills and computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Prior experience in airport operations or customer service is highly beneficial.
