Strategic HR Partner Wanted

We seek a skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our organizational development initiatives. This role will oversee HR operations for assigned areas, drive employee engagement, and ensure policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address and resolve employee queries efficiently; track resolution Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Enforce labor laws, company discipline, and Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain attrition at or below 5%.
  • Lead engagement activities, facilitate action planning, record meeting outcomes, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management).
  • Proven experience in HR Generalist or Specialist roles, especially labor relations and employee engagement in BPO/Call Center environments.
