Maximize revenue growth by leading and managing all operational functions effectively, implementing process improvements to optimize insurance collections and revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic initiatives to optimize accounts receivable processes, improve billing efficiency, and maximize revenue collection.
  • Oversee the accounts receivable function within the medical billing department, including billing, claims follow-up, payment posting, and collections.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to accounts receivable staff, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant billing regulations, reimbursement policies, and industry trends.
Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 13+ years of experience in health care RCM, with progressively increasing responsibilities and demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals.
  • Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including billing, claims follow-up, payment posting, and collections.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret accounts receivable data and develop strategic solutions.
