Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Unit Operations Head. This key position is crucial in driving day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring process excellence, and maximizing productivity.

This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvement plans to enhance patient inflow and service delivery. They will also collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to support seamless hospital operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a patient-first attitude. A minimum of 8 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management is required, along with a relevant Master's degree (e.g., MBA in Hospital Administration or Master's in Hospital Administration).
