Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to fill a key role in our Risk Management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client transactions, account behavior, and escalations to identify anomalies or potential risk indicators. This includes tracking trading positions, P&L, margin requirements, and exposures across asset classes such as commodities, equities, derivatives, and FX.

Additionally, the selected individual will assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory submissions. They will also support reconciliation of risk and finance data to ensure accuracy of exposures, balances, and margin requirements.

Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for this role, as the ideal candidate will work closely with trading, compliance, back-office operations teams for issue resolution and controls enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client transactions, account behavior, and escalations to identify anomalies or potential risk indicators.
  • Track trading positions, P&L, margin requirements, and exposures across asset classes.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in risk operations within a financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of risk management concepts and financial markets.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic macros); knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a highly regulated environment.
