Content CreatorKey Responsibilities:

  • Develop captivating captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to each platform's unique tone and audience.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with the content calendar.
Trendspotting and Engagement:

Identify and leverage the latest social media trends, challenges, and audio tracks to create viral-friendly content.

Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and building community interaction.

Collaboration and Brand Building:

Work with influencers, bloggers, and local partners to promote the brand through creative collaborations.

Highlight behind-the-scenes stories, new launches, festive specials, and campaigns in an authentic and youthful tone of voice.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor post performance, reach, engagement, shares, and saves using analytics tools.

Share weekly and monthly insights, recommending improvements and experimenting with different content formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Photography, videography, and editing skills, including mobile and basic software proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe tools is a plus.
  • Creativity, storytelling, and an eye for design are essential.
  • Trend awareness and adaptability are required.
