Job Title: Digital Content Producer

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Content Producer to join our team

  • Develop engaging content for various social media platforms, including high-quality photos, videos, and captions that resonate with our audience.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and industry best practices to create innovative and engaging content.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages, and foster a sense of community through interactive content.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
  • Highlight behind-the-scenes stories, showcase new launches, and creatively promote festive specials and campaigns.
  • Maintain a tone of voice that aligns with our brand's values and personality.
  • Monitor post performance, track engagement metrics, and provide weekly and monthly insights to inform future content strategies.
  • Experiment with various content formats, including polls, quizzes, reels, carousel posts, stories, and shorts, to keep our content fresh and exciting.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in social media management, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong photography, videography, and editing skills, with experience using Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Excellent creativity, storytelling abilities, and an eye for design.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and adapt quickly to changes in the digital landscape.
