  • Present findings to clients.
  • Conduct primary interviews to gather critical insights.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Engage in business development meetings and presentations.
  • Enhance project deliverables and work processes.
  • Develop junior staff members.
  • At least ten years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry is required.
  • Experience in developing, managing, and presenting project results is essential.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are necessary.
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams is crucial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Foreign language skills are beneficial.
