Job Title: Creative Strategist

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic thinker to fill the role of a Creative Strategist. The successful candidate will collaborate with our solutions department to develop and propose innovative strategies for pitches, improve current services through research and monitoring of digital industry trends, and coordinate campaigns across various brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Strategy Development: Collaborate with the solutions department to design and propose interactive strategies and presentations for pitches that effectively convert clients.
  • Digital Industry Research: Continuously research and monitor digital industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance current services.
  • Campaign Coordination: Creatively coordinate and execute campaigns across respective brands, ensuring timely and effective communication with the internal team.
  • Creative Brainstorming: Brainstorm with team members to decide upon creative ideas and direct campaign efforts.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content that is fact-filled and appealing to the target audience.
  • Copy Crafting: Create effective, creative, and engaging copy by consuming all types of content and media.
  • Moment Marketing: Propose topical content and moment marketing campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.

Requirements:

  • Creative Thinking Skills: Possess strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop and propose value-added strategies.
  • Digital Industry Knowledge: Have knowledge of digital industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Campaign Coordination: Ability to creatively coordinate and execute campaigns across respective brands.
  • Communication and Writing Skills: Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to create engaging content and craft effective copy.
  • Moment Marketing: Basic knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
