We are a leading manufacturer of quartz slabs and stone products, seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing purchasing strategies to secure high-quality materials at competitive rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies to secure high-quality materials at competitive rates.
  • Source, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliable deliveries.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with suppliers, addressing any disruptions promptly.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Monitor inventory, aligning purchasing schedules with production needs.
  • Work with finance to track budgets and manage purchasing expenses.
  • Conduct ongoing supplier evaluations for quality and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and ethical procurement practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in quartz slabs or stone manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational skills with commitment to proactive problem-solving and follow-up.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills for supplier management.
  • Proficiency in procurement and ERP software is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
