As a strategic finance leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial trajectory of our healthcare consolidation platform.

We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in transaction advisory, M&A structuring, valuation, or audit to oversee pre-deal analysis, investor engagement, and help guide the organization through due diligence, deal execution, and post-close integration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing board-level oversight on investment strategy, deal structuring, and financial performance
  • Guiding capital allocation decisions: debt, equity, mezzanine, seller notes
  • Evaluating transaction terms: rollover equity, deferred consideration, earn-outs
  • Reviewing quality of earnings, working capital adjustments, and SPA terms
  • Supporting fundraising efforts through deal memos, investor decks, and financial models
  • Mentoring the founder on transaction execution and board-level governance

Candidates must have a strong background in M&A transactions, preferably in the healthcare sector, and prior experience on investment committees or funds is highly desirable.
