Job Title:

Product Experience Designer

Are you a passionate designer looking to craft industry-leading banking experiences? As a Product Experience Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-centered designs that drive business results.

  • You will research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors, applying human-centered design methods to craft inclusive experiences.

  • Develop compelling designs, creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactions that effectively communicate design concepts, working closely with designers and product managers to ensure consistency across products.

  • Presentation and articulation of the thinking behind your work, conducting regular design reviews and capturing feedback from stakeholders to iterate and improve designs.

  • Utilize industry knowledge to understand technical and business aspects of the product, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions that enhance the user experience.

  • Manage the design workload, ensuring timely delivery of products in an Agile environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or similar field, or equivalent experience.

  • A portfolio or website showcasing your work in product UX/UI design, highlighting your ability to deliver high-quality banking products.

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products in the banking industry, with a proven track record of success.

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, with expertise in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.

  • 3+ years of experience working in large cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
