Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to design and build high-quality web experiences that meet conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging online experiences for leads and customers.

The successful candidate will have experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites, expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing web pages and landing page concepts, monitoring site performance, running regular audits, measuring conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and providing directional suggestions to the team. You will also collaborate with content, design, and product teams to research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space.
