Full Stack Development Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the design and development of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack web development, with expertise in modern technologies such as React.js/Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firebase integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance the learning ecosystem. This includes designing, developing, and deploying robust web applications, ensuring system security, performance, and scalability.

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong expertise in full-stack web development (React.js / Next.js, Node.js)
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firebase integrations
  • Hands-on experience with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Vercel)
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication & authorization mechanisms
  • Knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills
Responsibilities:

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. The successful candidate will also mentor junior developers and lead the technology roadmap to ensure best coding practices.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for integrating multiple databases, overseeing deployment pipelines on various platforms, and ensuring system security, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 6 to 8 years of full-stack web development experience with leadership exposure is required. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
