We are building scalable technology platforms to enhance student learning, mentor efficiency, and parent engagement. We seek a Tech Lead to drive the design and development of our web applications with modern, reliable, and scalable technologies.

Role Overview

As a Tech Lead (Full Stack Developer), you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of our web applications. You will work closely with academic, operations, and management teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that enhance the learning ecosystem.

Requirements:  

• 
  • Strong expertise in full-stack web development (React.js / Next.js, Node.js).
• 
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firebase integrations.
• 
  • Hands-on experience with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Vercel).
• 
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication & authorization mechanisms.
• 
  • Knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• 
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications. 

• Lead the technology roadmap and ensure best coding practices. 

• Integrate multiple databases: PostgreSQL (primary), MongoDB (secondary), and Firebase (for real

time updates). 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into 

technical solutions. 

• Ensure system security, performance, and scalability. 

• Oversee deployment pipelines on platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Vercel. 

• Mentor junior developers (as the team grows).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 

• 6 to 8 years of full-stack web development experience with leadership exposure.
