Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations in the assigned area, guaranteeing seamless coordination and timely decision-making.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market trends across stores, making informed decisions to optimize results.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store managers and staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and success.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve service delivery, refining strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-9 years of experience in retail management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management capabilities, with a strong focus on building cohesive teams.
