Job Title: Strategic Procurement Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Associate Procurement Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement processes with utmost precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate purchase requisitions and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Drive procurement processes from start to finish with 100% accuracy and efficiency
  • Lead root cause analysis for delayed procurements and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times
  • Manage vendor relationships and track product delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and vendor selection to enhance business outcomes
  • Oversee a team of procurement professionals to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management or business administration
  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations and sourcing with a proven track record of success
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading projects
  • Experience with eProcurement tools like Ariba, SAP, or Oracle to streamline procurement processes
  • Strong communication and client service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and customers
