We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Budgeting Manager.

Job Description

  • Evaluate tenders received from various contractors, including Design for Civil, Finishing, MEP & Infra packages.
  • Assess tender estimates in relation to budget provisions and interact with design and execution teams to assess tender requirements.
  • Finalize project concepts, detailed designs, and cost estimates.
  • Closely monitor costs associated with assigned projects and collaborate with departments to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct assessments of cost variances and approve or reject change requests as necessary.
  • Compile and analyze management information systems (MIS) reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong background in budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment with high people orientation.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required by the project.
  • Ability to evaluate and interpret data to inform business decisions.
