Job Title

A Quantity Surveyor is required to work on various projects, utilizing their expertise in cost estimation and measurement.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and MS Excel, and excellent communication skills.

  • Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents provided by the client and consultants.
  • Identify Project requirements, including materials, equipment, labor, and other resources necessary for project cost.
  • Ensure all cost estimates align with standards to maintain compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Carefully review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents provided by the client and consultants.
  • Use appropriate measurement methods to accurately assess quantities.
  • Familiarize oneself with applicable international codes and standards.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying, out of that a minimum of 2 years of technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy.
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills.
