FalconX is a pioneering team of operators, investors, and builders committed to revolutionizing institutional access to the crypto markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations & attestation procedures with the trade operations & settlement team. Additionally, they will have hands-on knowledge of working/operating in an environment with ERP (like NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.). The ideal candidate will possess good knowledge about financial products and relevant accounting standards.
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations & attestation procedures with the trade operations & settlement team.
- Experience in setting up Processes, Policies & Procedures, Control Framework turn of, etc.
- Hands-on knowledge of working/operating in an environment with ERP (like NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc).
- Good knowledge about financial products and relevant accounting standards.
- Preparation of the financial statements and related disclosures for the broker dealer.
- Manage Legal Entities with their closing and audits.
- Closely work with Trading, Trade-Ops Teams & External consultants for best financial outcomes.
- Assist in building inhouse accounting & reporting capabilities, streamline & consolidate Finance & Accounting process and ensure real-time & accurate financial information.
- Accounting Graduate + Professional degree in accounting (preferably Chartered Accountant/CPA).
- Prior working experience of 3-5 years in similar industry (Banking, Broker-Dealer etc.) and specifically with the Trading division.
- Expert knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP reporting standards and its application.
- Hands-on knowledge of working/operating in an environment with ERP (like NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc).
- Understanding of E2E Trade Flow & related dynamics (Settlement, Market-making etc).
- Proficiency with MS Excel Finance is a must.
