We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing financial data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:- Reviewing current leases against underlying documentation to ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Preparing lease accounting checklists to identify potential issues or concerns.
- Supporting financial planning and analysis activities including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and periodic accruals.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
- CA or working towards CA (Semi-qualified) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience with general ledger closing activities including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, periodic accruals, and inventory management.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel: advanced spreadsheet skills required.
