Front Office Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our front office operations with exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and other items.
  • Prepare correspondence and greet guests in a professional manner.
  • Assist other departments as needed and foster positive working relationships with team members.
  • Supervise reception operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Lead the team by demonstrating leadership skills, inspiring them to exceed standards.
