Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing office operations, including staff management, budgeting, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles (tally) is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment
  • Office location: easily accessible from one-room set.
  • Working hours: 8:30am-8pm (morning shift).
Industry Knowledge
  • Experience in hardware-related industries (paint, TMT bars, nails, cement).
Long-term Commitment

  • Salary increase after 3-4 months of satisfactory performance.
