Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

Role Overview

This is a high-level position responsible for overseeing and managing key aspects of the human resources function within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage performance appraisal processes, including annual goal setting, periodic performance assessments, and calibration with leadership teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
Compensation and Benefits Management
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Guide leadership on annual salary revisions, manage performance bonus payouts, and implement salary revisions.
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Learning and Development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across different job roles.
  • Develop and deliver training programs using various methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of training sessions.
Employee Engagement and Experience
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes inclusivity, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and experience.
  • Ensure effective communication channels within the organization to keep employees informed and involved.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a postgraduate degree in human resources. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the IT/ITES industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with HRMS tools and other training platforms.
