AI Lead Engineer Opportunity

Welcome to this exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for spearheading AI initiatives and driving innovation in the field.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in AI engineering principles and software development methodologies.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required.
  • 8+ years of working experience in AI and Data Science is necessary.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience as a tech lead is expected.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and cloud infrastructure is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering principles, cloud infrastructure, and containerization is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of TensorFlow / PyTorch and ML-Ops Principles is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a strong theoretical understanding of AI and Data Science in one or more of the following areas :

Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLMs.

Neural Networks.

Topic modelling and clustering.

Time Series Analysis (TSA), including anomaly detection, trend analysis, and forecasting.

Retrieval Augmented Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement AI strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI solutions.
  3. Collaborate with data scientists to develop predictive models and analytics.
  4. Design and implement data pipelines to support AI initiatives.
  5. Ensure compliance with AI ethics and governance standards.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI and Data Science.
