Client Success Specialist - Private Wealth Management

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Specialist to join our Private Wealth Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-value services and acquiring new clients in the targeted High Net Worth Individual (HNI) segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer wealth management services through products like mutual funds, direct equity, structured products, insurance, asset allocation, bonds, and derivatives.
  • Ensure targets given at absolute level are met, measured by achievement over target.
  • Ensure banking targets are met with a focus on defined income objectives.
  • Acquire new clients in the targeted HNI segment from outside the bank.
  • Manage relationships of super HNI clients, retaining and enhancing advisory relationships.
  • Service the banking requirements of super HNI clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Private Banking or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
