We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Professional to manage all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring strict compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and GST regulations. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, handling TDS provisions, and managing import duty payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and GST regulations in all accounts payable processes.
  • TDS Administration: Manage and process TDS provisions under the Income Tax Act.
  • Invoice Processing: Oversee comprehensive MSME Invoice Processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Statutory Compliance: Manage Statutory Accounting related to accounts payable and handle Import Duty Payments, adhering to financial guidelines.
  • Audit Support: Provide crucial support for audits, including vendor GST, PF, ESIC, and Customs Audit, through data and document extraction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • In-depth knowledge of GST regulations.
  • Expertise in TDS provisions under the Income Tax Act.
  • Proven ability to handle MSME Invoice Processing.
  • Experience with Statutory Accounting.
  • Proficiency in managing Import Duty Payments.
  • Skilled in supporting vendor GST, PF, ESIC, and Customs Audits.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
