Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and qualified finance professional to lead factory-level financial operations. This role is critical in driving accurate financial planning, cost control, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting & Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive factory budgets including fixed, variable, and capital expenses.
  • Establish overhead rates and ensure alignment of SBU-level budgets with organizational goals.
  • Formulate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS):
  • Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports: sales and revenue recognition reports, budget vs. actual analysis, product-level profitability and contribution reports, company-wide cost and profit summaries, raw material cost reconciliations, and forecasting contribution margins for review meetings.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Perform detailed contribution and profitability analysis by product, product group, customer, region, country, and factory.
  • Deconstruct production costs into raw material, conversion, selling, and administrative expenses.
  • Compare actuals against budget norms and targets.
  • Track monthly KPIs and variances.
  • Utilize SAP FI & CO modules for data analysis and reporting.
  • Support AOP budgeting and special project financial analysis.
  • Compliance & Audits:
  • Prepare detailed product costing and coordinate cost audits.
  • Ensure timely NSS returns, cost certifications, and tax audit schedules.
  • Support external and internal audits with accurate inventory, sales, and consumption data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in factory finance, cost audits, budgeting, and financial planning.
