This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual with extensive experience in leading end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution, ensuring seamless integration with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementation Expertise: Lead complex implementations, translating business requirements into system configuration objects, creating solution designs, and ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Consulting Services: Provide expertise on HCM Best Practices, guiding clients through the transition process to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
- Solution Design: Develop system configurations according to solution design and configuration workbooks, utilizing data models and XML expertise.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Prepare and execute test cases, plans, and scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be a team player, and demonstrate strong learning ability with agility and willingness to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
