Communications Lead

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Communications Leader to shape our global reputation. If you've spent over a decade building relationships, leading teams, and managing high-pressure communication, this role will challenge you in mobility, policy, and public perception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy across media, government, public, and internal stakeholders
  • BUILD and nurture strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and key opinion leaders
  • Drive crisis communication efforts, handling policy, regulatory, judicial, and public matters with clarity and speed
  • Partner with business, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver consistent and impactful messaging
  • Mentor and guide a team of communications professionals, ensuring alignment across functions
  • Shape storytelling that reinforces our vision in mobility, sustainability, and technology

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead teams
  • Strong media connections and the ability to shape narratives in the public space
  • Experience managing crisis communication, particularly in policy and regulatory environments
  • Exposure to allied areas such as marketing, branding, and digital communication
  • Passion for mobility, innovation, and the future of transport
