Job Opportunity: Cloud Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a seasoned cloud professional to oversee the management and optimization of our cloud-based infrastructure. This role involves coordinating SaaS product cloud billing, managing cloud users and organizations, ensuring high availability of cloud stacks, and maintaining effective monitoring and alerting systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • SaaS Cloud Administration: Ensure accurate and cost-effective cloud billing processes for SaaS products.
  • User & Organization Management: Oversee cloud user access, permissions, and organizational structures for seamless collaboration.
  • Monitoring & Alerting: Set up and maintain robust monitoring tools for cloud stacks, databases, and services to prevent performance or security issues.
  • Admin Portal Development: Enhance the cloud administration GUI, dashboards, and graphical insights for system health and usage analytics.
  • Kubernetes Administration: Manage Kubernetes clusters, deployments, and configurations for optimal performance and reliability.
  • Database Oversight: Monitor database performance, availability, and backups within the cloud environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with AWS and GCP (IaaS).
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration and orchestration.
  • Proficiency in cloud computing and infrastructure management.
  • Experience with database monitoring and performance optimization.
